Hi! I’m Dr. Mazur, and I’m grateful our paths are connecting. My journey into naturopathic medicine has been deeply personal—living with chronic eczema sparked my dedication to understanding the skin, chronic disease, and the profound ways the body reflects our inner world. Some of my greatest breakthroughs in healing have come from integrating the mind-body connection and whole body nutrition. The photos you see here reflect pieces of my own healing journey—one that wasn’t easy, but taught me to hold deep compassion for myself and for others walking through challenges of their own.

I know firsthand what it’s like to be sick, to feel like there are no real options, and to live with frustration that nothing seems to work. I know how hard it is to lose confidence and quality of life because of your health. That experience drives me to do this work. Healing takes time, and I’m here to walk that journey with you, step by step.

I have a special focus on chronic disease, looking at the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—to discover where I can best support and guide the healing process.
